eStore Curbie
Responsibilities
Job Summary: As an eStore Curbie, you will retrieve eCommerce online orders from their put away locations and transport them to the Customer.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
Customer Service:
Uses a digital tool to retrieve and review customer orders
Communicates order changes / adjustments to customer
Makes necessary adjustments to orders based on Customer requests
Audits orders for bagging, quality, completion, and note following
Packages / transports/ loads groceries / merchandise from holding areas to customer¿s vehicle
Minimizes shrink through careful handling of product
Achieves productivity standards
Sanitation / Stocking / Food Safety:
Gathers baskets and picks up trash inside and outside eStore, as needed
Maintains / stocks bag areas
Returns product to shelf
Transfers products from slot to slot to help free up carts
Organizes carts / maintains cleanliness within the eStore
Maintains standards for safety and sanitation
