Administrative & Billing Coordinator

Wise Components, Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative & Billing Coordinator to join our Accounting Team. Reporting to the Comptroller, this role supports both payable and receivable posting accuracy, vendor and customer account reconciliations, and general administrative functions.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Process all Accounts Payable and Receivable postings, including: Customer Invoicing, Cash Receipts, Vendor Invoices, and Cash DisbursementsResolve billing discrepancies with customers and vendorsReconcile General Ledger accounts and support basic accounting tasksProcess Special Project Pricing - Ship & Debit Documenting Quality Incidents and Processing Customer and Vendor ReturnsTrack employee attendance, time off, and benefit inquiriesCoordinate with sales and accounting to ensure accurate transaction recordsProvide reliable admin support to managementQualifications:2+ years of billing or administrative experienceStrong Excel and Accounting software skillsOrganized, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple prioritiesCommunication skills that build trust with team members, vendors, and customersWork Style:Hybrid preferred (3-5 days onsite in Stamford, CT).
