Electronics Processing Technician (Fast Paced-Warehouse)

1st Shift Electronics Processing Technician – No Nights or Weekends!🕔 Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM📍 Location: Onalaska, WI (Building A)💲 Starting Wage: $18.75–$20.75/hour (based on experience)📈 Bonus: Quarterly Profit Sharing AND Pay Increase Opportunity Twice Per Year!We Offer3 weeks of paid vacation in year one (4 weeks in year two!)8 paid holidaysHealth benefits start on the 1st of the month after you're hired401k matchEducation reimbursement, career development, and much more!🔧 What You'll DoTest and refurbish electronic devices like tablets, laptops, desktops, and serversSort, clean, and track electronics that can be reused or resoldDisassemble devices and remove usable components or materialsEnter data into spreadsheets and our production systemSanitize hard drives and ensure devices meet quality standardsMeet daily production and accuracy goalsWork with your hands using tools and follow safety guidelinesDecide which items can be fixed, reused, or recycled🔍 What We're Looking ForInterest in electronics and how they workGood attention to detail and a strong work ethicAbility to work on your feet for up to 10 hours per shiftAble to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the dayComfortable using basic hand tools and following established safety proceduresAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environmentComfortable using computers and doing basic data entryBonus points if you've worked in electronics, assembly, production, or a warehouse environment—but no experience required if you're eager to learn!🏭 What Your Work Environment Will Be LikeHands-on, warehouse-based electronics production and assemblyYou'll stand most of the day and move between workstationsFast-paced work focused on speed and accuracyYou'll regularly handle and move electronics ranging from a few pounds up to 50 lbs, using carts and equipment to assist with heavier items.Environment can be dusty or noisy—we provide all safety gear (PPE)You'll work with electronics big and small, from phones to serversYou'll be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and celebrates success🌱 Who We AreAt Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, we help protect the planet by giving electronics their next best life.
