📢 Hiring: IAM Engineer – Texas Department of Public Safety | Hybrid | TexasClient: Texas Department of Public Safety (TX DPS)Role: Software Developer III – Identity & Access Management (IAM)Location: Hybrid at Austin, TexasKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.Build centralized Identity Provider (IdP) framework using SAML 2.0, OIDC, SSO, and MFA.Develop Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle automation workflows.Onboard enterprise applications using REST APIs.Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.Deploy and support Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions including:Secure credential vaultingAutomated password rotationJust-in-Time (JIT) provisioningPerform ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and application onboarding.Required Skills✅ 8+ years of IAM platform governance, engineering, lifecycle automation, and scripting✅ 8+ years of application onboarding and IAM integrations✅ 5+ years designing and implementing RBAC models, separation of duties, and certification campaigns✅ 5+ years managing centralized Identity Providers with SSO, MFA, SAML, and OIDC/Federation⭐ Preferred: 1+ year of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation and operationsHybrid work environment
