Dever Architects — Glen Mills, PA (Philadelphia/Wilmington Suburbs) Full-Time | Onsite Salary: $65,000 – $85,000NOTE: This is NOT a PMP position. If you are not an Architect/Architectural Staff and cannot do production-level commercial architectural design work, please do not apply.Build Your Path into Project LeadershipAt Dever Architects, we're looking for the next generation of architectural leaders ready to take production work into true project ownership. We design projects that deliver long-term value for our clients and exceptional guest experiences, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that process from concept through construction.Current team members who have worked as Project Coordinators or in similar roles have excelled on this track.The RoleAs an Assistant Project Manager/Project Coordinator, you will:Support projects through the full project lifecycle, from concept through construction administrationHelp manage project schedules, budgets, and hoursLead aspects of projects/small projectsParticipate in design discussions and technical developmentCollaborate with internal teams, clients, and consultantsHave mentorship from senior staff and leadership, with the opportunity and intention to grow into a Project Manager roleWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for candidates who understand that great architecture requires both design thinking and execution discipline.You should have:4+ years of professional work experience, ideally in commercial and/or hospitality projectsExperience with most, if not all, phases of the full project lifecycleUnderstanding of how budgets, schedules, and coordination impact outcomesAbility to balance design excellence with business realitiesFamiliarity with architectural documentation and coordination tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam)REQUIREMENT: Candidates must have a completed professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch). We are not considering students, interns, or candidates currently enrolled in architecture programs.
