Finish Grinder - Second Shift

Job DescriptionA manufacturing company is seeking a Finish Grinder to work second shift from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.Job Duties:Set-up and tend Grinding Machines to grind various cutting inserts with materials such as PCD, PCBN, Carbide, and CeramicOperate machine tools such as manual and CNC Grinders to produce partsFollow instructions and charts during grinding procedureReview electronic or written blueprints or specifications for a jobDetermine grinding speeds and feed rates, fixturing, and grinding wheel to be usedUse manual and computer-controlled machinery, write basic programs, and modify programs in response to problemsPerform other duties as requiredJob RequirementsJob Qualifications:Must be able to set-up and operate Grinding MachinesMust have the ability to grind various cutting inserts with materials such as PCD, PCBN, Carbide, and CeramicMust have the ability to review electronic or written blueprints or specificationsMust be able to write and modify basic programsMust be motivated, dependable, and reliableOnly those candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.Area Temps still believes that the best way to serve both our employees and our customers is through personal service.
