Competitive salary $20.00/hr. - $30.00 unarmed DOE Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Employee Assistance Program Paid Time Off Holidays Paid at time and a half if worked Opportunity for overtime Act as a visual deterrent to prevent theft, embezzlement, sabotage, fire, and accidents Conduct regular patrols Monitor activities Surveillance Access Control Safety escorts Using provided communication devices Represent SSNW's brand Properly wear the issued uniform Complete Daily Activity Reports (DAR) Complete Incident Reports Work with local law enforcement, and emergency services Provide friendly assistance to customers, employees and visitors following the department's procedures. Other duties as described in the Post Orders Must have a valid driver's license Must have a clean criminal record and driving record 2-4 years of combined experience (Military, Law Enforcement, and/or Security) preferred Smart phone to access the apps we use for scheduling, clocking in/out, and reporting. Reliable transportation Honesty and Integrity Able to work non-traditional hours including swings, graveyard, weekends, and holidays Must be able to obtain a Idaho State Unarmed Security Guard License Ability to react appropriately in high stress situations High School Diploma or Equivalent Prior Public Safety and/or Military experience preferred Knowledge of security protocols, and equipment Must be able to conduct regular walking foot patrols Able to stand 8-12 hours a day Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times (occasionally) SSNW is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of applicant and employee information.
