Our team values collaboration, cultural responsiveness, and trauma-informed care.Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Professional Counselors/ Master Social Workers to join our practice. This role is ideal for pre-licensed clinicians seeking to gain supervised clinical experience under the guidance of a licensed Clinical Director. The Associate Professional Counselor will provide individual and group therapy for both adolescents and adults, focusing on mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment, and relational challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and/or group therapy sessions for adolescents and adults.Conduct intake assessments, treatment planning, and progress monitoring.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with professional and ethical standards.Collaborate with the Clinical Director for supervision, guidance, and professional development.Engage in ongoing training and team meetings to strengthen therapeutic skills and align with Building Bridges’ mission.Uphold ethical practice standards while providing compassionate, client-centered care.QualificationsMaster’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.Associate licensure (e.g., AMFT, ASW, APC, LPC-A, depending on state requirements).Eligibility to work under the supervision of a licensed Clinical Director.Passion for working with both adolescents and adults.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Commitment to cultural humility, equity, and inclusive practices.Preferred SkillsExperience in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, etc.).Interest in group facilitation and/or family systems work.Experience using Simple Practice EMR patient storage systems.What We OfferWeekly clinical supervision by an experienced Clinical Director.A supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities for learning and growth.Flexible scheduling to accommodate clinical hour requirements.Competitive pay and potential for full caseload development.Professional development opportunities and training support.How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter detailing their interest in the position to Chris James, Executive Director [buildingbridgesga@gmail.com].
