Regional Sales – Energy Storage | US Market
Job OverviewWe are seeking a top Regional Sales Leader to take full charge of the U.S. energy storage & microgrid business, including strategic layout, business development and team management. Leveraging U.S. renewable energy & decarbonization opportunities (e.g., IRA policy), you will drive revenue growth, expand market share and enhance brand penetration.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop key clients (power utilities, IPPs, RE developers, EPCs, etc.), build C-level relationships and long-term strategic partnerships.Analyze customer needs, provide customized energy storage & microgrid solutions, and promote project landing.Lead negotiation and signing of million/ten-million USD projects, fully responsible for U.S. regional sales performance.Formulate and execute sales strategies aligned with U.S. renewable energy policies (IRA) and industry trends.Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand influence in the U.S. new energy market.Manage local sales team, collaborate with technical/delivery teams to build a high-performance team.Monitor U.S. market dynamics (policy, competitors) and adjust sales strategies timely.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above; Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or related majors preferred.5+ years U.S. B2B industrial sales experience; 3+ years in U.S. energy storage/microgrid large-project sales with verifiable million-USD+ full-cycle successful cases.Familiar with U.S. market rules, grid policies, IRA incentives and customer decision logic.Strong strategic thinking, C-level negotiation and cross-cultural communication capabilities.Able to understand technical proposals and match customer needs with company solutions.Solid U.S. local resource network (power utilities, EPCs, RE developers) – HARD REQUIREMENT.Fluent in English (native/near-native); Mandarin is a plus; familiar with U.S. business culture.Result-oriented, pioneering, willing to travel frequently across the U.S. and adapt to flexible work.Preferred: Familiar with U.S. decarbonization policies/standards; experience in building U.S. sales teams; understanding of IRA tax credit and import/export compliance.
