You will provide application support, collaborate with internal teams, prepare quotations, and assist customers with troubleshooting and technical recommendations.Pre-sale technical support and collaboration: Work with internal sales teams to prepare accurate quotations and technical proposals for customers.Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions: Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and suggest the best mechanical seal solutions for their applications.Coordinate technical input for service and repair jobs: Liaise with both customers and internal teams to define job scopes and schedules.Provide technical support and troubleshooting: Assist customers in resolving mechanical seal-related issues, ensuring a quick resolution.Ensure timely and accurate technical documentation: Maintain and submit all proposals, reports, and documentation on time.Collaborate across teams: Keep all stakeholders informed on the status of projects and any technical updates.Applications Engineer / Mechanical Seal Specialist / Technical Support Engineer Requirements:BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.2-5 years in mechanical seals or rotating equipment with a strong understanding of mechanical seal applications and sealing materials.Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software; ability to read and interpret technical drawings.Familiarity with component seals, cartridge seals, metal bellows, rubber bellows, and other sealing solutions.Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical seal issues.Ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM, ERP, and AutoCAD or similar software.
