Vacancy DetailView vacancy listAdvice Operations Team LeaderOur client, is a leading national advice and wealth management business, delivering holistic advice with market-leading solutions.They deliver a truly exceptional service through high-quality advice, all backed by the most efficient administration and technologies available.The business is going from strength to strength, with rapid acquisitional growth and expansion with Private Equity backing.They are a notable brand, award winning and regularly in the financial planning press, there has never been a better time to join this highly modern and forward thinking business.Excitingly, a newly created position, Advice Operations Team Leader is now available to oversee the day to day operations of various offices.The Advice Operations Team Leader will play a critical role within the Advice Operations function, leading a team of Financial Planning and Client Relationship Executive Assistants.You will be required to execute excellent performance and production management qualities, ensuring good diligence, a strong ability to multi-task, delegate effectively and prioritise workload.The primary objective is to provide outstanding service to Financial Planners across the group while ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and policies.Role And ResponsibilitiesServe as a first-line leader in the Advice Operations function, ensuring outstanding service delivery to clients and Financial Planners in line with policies and regulationsEnsure prompt escalation of client complaints or breaches to Compliance, collaborating on resolution and client remediation requirementsConduct root cause analysis on client dissatisfaction to implement necessary changes and improvementsEnsure comprehensive client information is maintained in the back-office systemManage data control reports to swiftly address exceptions and prevent client or data issuesManage all agreed administration aspects for our Financial Planners as per agreed SLA’s ensuring consistency of process and to a high level of qualityIdentify and manage individual and team development needs, establishing training plans with SMART objectivesHold regular individual performance reviews in line with performance review processCarry out team meetings to communicate team performance and relevant updates,cultivating a transparent and inclusive environmentMaintain an efficient, safe, and motivational working conditionsConduct regular visits to each office, promoting team engagement and collaborationEnsure adequate staffing levels are maintained, especially during holidays and remote workrequestsTake responsibility for the coaching and training of both new and existing members of the team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their rolesProvide assistance and support in the recruitment process, contributing to the selection and onboarding of qualified candidates to strengthen the teamUndertake quality assessments on work completed by the team members to ensure qualityContinuously review and improve processes to enhance task efficiency, collaborating with other Team Leaders and ManagementActively promote the principles and requirements of the Group and its senior leaders, ensuring alignment with organisational valuesPartner with the M&A Team and Operational Support Team to facilitate seamless transitions of acquisitions into a BAU environmentBenefits Of Joining The Business28 days holiday plus Bank HolidaysPrivate PensionDeath in ServicePrivate Medical InsuranceGroup Income ProtectionEmployee Assistance ProgrammeMedicash planDiscretionary 10% annual bonusProgressionPlease note: This business is looking for candidates who are already in a Team Lead/Management role, demonstrating abilities around financial planning administration processes and/or a Paraplanning capacity.A very generous salary is being offered, company bonus, excellent benefits as well as a professional and encouraging working culture are all available.Due to their strategic growth and future recruitment, the business will be highly attractive to all prospective candidates.Home/office hybrid working is fully supported.
