This is a high-impact leadership role with significant visibility across the organization- ideal for an engineering-minded, customer-centric executive who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.What You Will DoLead Strategic Growth: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Duravant’s Integrated Solutions service offerings across the Americas. Oversee Large-Scale Projects: Direct and manage complex automation and material handling projects annually, ensuring on time and on budget performance. Standardize Processes: Implement consistent, scalable processes across engineering, installation and aftermarket service teams. Drive Data-Backed Decision Making: Apply data-driven decision-making through tracking and measurement of KPIs and reporting structures to measure performance and support continuous improvement. Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Pricing, Installation, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to ensure coordinated execution and optimized customer outcomes. Build and Develop Teams: Recruit, mentor and lead a high-performing team across multiple operations groups, promoting accountability, innovation and customer focus.
