Front-End Engineer

We are hiring a Front-End Engineer who genuinely wants to live in the UI space and cares deeply about how users work with complex data. This role focuses on building real product interfaces like dashboards, tables, forms, and map-driven experiences, not marketing sites. You will work on large, data-intensive applications where usability, performance, and clarity really matter.ResponsibilitiesDesign and build data-heavy application interfaces with a strong focus on usability, performance, and real-world workflowsTranslate complex business requirements into intuitive UI and UX patterns such as tables, forms, dashboards, and map-based experiencesBuild responsive, consistent interfaces using Tailwind CSS or Material UI (MUI)Create and maintain reusable component libraries and front-end design systemsCollaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define interaction models, front-end architecture, and state management approachesUse Vite for fast local development and optimized builds to support quick iteration and a smooth developer experienceBuild and enhance geospatial and map-based UI features including route visualization, tracking, and location-based insightsFocus on data clarity, performance, and scalability when working with large datasetsQualificationsStrong experience with TypeScript in front-end applicationsSolid experience building complex, data-driven user interfacesDeep interest in front-end and UI development as a core focus, not a stepping stoneComfortable working closely with product and engineering partnersExperience thinking through UX problems and proposing practical, user-friendly solutionsUnderstanding of front-end performance considerations for large, dynamic datasetsPreferred SkillsExperience with ReactFamiliarity with Tailwind CSS and or Material UI (MUI)Experience building dashboards, admin tools, or internal productsExposure to mapping or geospatial UI libraries and conceptsExperience creating or contributing to front-end design systems#IND2
