Premier Reservation Manager
To support a growing international travel-tech company, the full-time remote Premier Reservation Manager will manage VIP client bookings, including processing requests for accommodations and transport services, negotiating terms with suppliers, and providing ongoing support for completed reservations.
Key responsibilities
Receive and process requests for hotel bookings, transport services, and excursions for VIP clients
Negotiate costs and booking conditions directly with hotels and suppliers
Provide support for all cases arising from completed bookings, including cancellations and changes
Required qualifications
Upper Intermediate proficiency in English and Russian (both spoken and written)
Experience in tourism, concierge services, or related fields
Knowledge of hotel bases in the Russian Federation and popular destinations in Europe and Asia
Ability to learn quickly and maintain a results-focused approach
A functioning computer and microphone for remote work
