The ideal candidate will strategize, target high-value opportunities, and drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques and relationship building. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and target potential clients within the Software and Hi-Tech industry. Develop and execute a strategic plan for acquiring new accounts, prioritizing high-value opportunities. Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calls, networking, and market research. Define and align the sales strategy with Service Offerings, aggressively pursuing and closing new business. Focus on creating Playbooks for specific offerings and executing targeted outreach campaigns for potential clients. Set and surpass sales targets and revenue goals through proactive sales efforts. Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports on progress and performance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM tools. Foster relationships with partner sales teams, understand partner funnel, and build strong collaborations. Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their pain points and business needs. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Client's services and solutions. Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business. An ideal candidate should have: Master's degree. Proven success in a Sales Hunter role, particularly in new business acquisition, emphasizing large transformational projects. Strong knowledge of software services, digital transformation, and current technology trends. Exposure to Cloud migration, Cloud-native development, and selling Cloud Services is advantageous. Exceptional prospecting, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for surpassing sales targets. Understanding and selling of Onsite/Offshore/Nearshore IT services is essential. Willingness to travel within the region as necessary.
