Active Missouri state physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. Experience with restorative nursing programs, Medicare documentation, and common SNF billing practices preferred. Ability to work with geriatric populations and common comorbidities in post-acute care preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
