The organization is known for its commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence, and offers team members the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact infrastructure projects nationwide.Job DescriptionOur client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of power delivery projects across the United States. In this role, you will provide leadership for the construction of substations, transmission lines, switchyards, utility interconnections, and other critical electrical infrastructure. Day-to-day, you'll oversee field operations, manage subcontractors and project teams, and work closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving project execution from planning through closeout. The ideal candidate is a field-tested construction leader who builds strong teams, thrives in fast-paced, field-based environments, and is passionate about advancing the infrastructure that supports utilities, renewable energy, and mission-critical facilities nationwide.Duties And ResponsibilitiesLead construction activities for multiple power delivery projects nationwideDevelop construction execution plans, schedules, and staffing strategiesOversee field operations, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure safe and efficient executionMonitor project progress, budgets, productivity, and resource utilizationConduct regular site visits to support field teams and resolve project challengesEnsure compliance with OSHA, customer, and company safety standardsPromote a culture centered on safety, quality, accountability, and operational excellenceBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, project stakeholders, and field personnelSupport project planning, estimating, constructability reviews, and project forecastingMentor and develop superintendents, foremen, and other field leadersEnsure projects meet quality standards through inspections, testing, commissioning, and closeoutRequired Experience/SkillsExperience managing utility, substation, transmission, or power delivery construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction safety, scheduling, quality control, and project executionProven ability to lead field teams and coordinate subcontractors across multiple projectsAbility to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedulesExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to travel up to 50%Nice-to-HavesExperience supporting substations, transmission lines, switchyards, utility interconnections, renewable energy, or industrial infrastructure projectsPrevious experience as a Construction Manager, Superintendent, Project Manager, General Foreman, or similar leadership roleFamiliarity with OSHA regulations and utility construction standardsOSHA, PMP, or other relevant industry certificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.Call-to-ActionReady to lead the projects powering the nation's grid?
