Part-Time & Full-Time | $45/hr - $52/hr DOEWhat You're Walking Into Cherrelyn Healthcare Center is a 176-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Littleton, CO, part of Stellar Senior Living and operating for 12+ years. You'll join a tenured interdisciplinary therapy team in a stable, resident-centered SNF environment where OTs actually have the time and autonomy to do quality clinical work.This is not a high-volume, high-turnover setting. It's a place where you can build a real caseload, supervise COTAs well, and see meaningful outcomes with your residents.The Role As the supervising OT, you'll evaluate new admissions, develop individualized treatment plans, and lead OT services focused on ADL retraining, cognitive-functional rehab, and return-to-home planning.
