Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Clamp Driver / Clamp Truck Operator / Forklift Operator to join our team for the 3rd shift in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate a clamp truck or forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise within the warehouse while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.Additional InformationFull-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 PM start $20/hr base pay, with additional earnings tied to productivity metrics.Qualifications Valid clamp truck or forklift certification Proven experience operating a clamp truck or forklift in a warehouse or distribution center Knowledge of safety procedures while operating material handling equipment Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracyResponsibilities Operate clamp truck or forklift to transport materials within the warehouse Load and unload trucks, move merchandise to designated areas, and stack materials in an organized manner Perform routine maintenance on equipment and keep work area clean and organized Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflowAdditional Requirements Ability to work the 3rd shift schedule Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
