Child & Family Systems CoordinatorWe are partnering with a mission-driven organization seeking a detail-oriented Child & Family Systems Coordinator to support the integrity and administration of a child and family data management system. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, generating reports, supporting compliance efforts, and providing system training and technical support to staff. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, problem-solving, and collaborating across teams to support program operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and audit child and family records to ensure accuracy and complianceAdminister user access, system settings, and data integrity within the database platformGenerate and analyze reports related to enrollment, compliance, and program performanceIdentify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to support operational goalsTrain and support staff on system processes and best practicesDevelop custom reports and assist leadership with data analysis needsTravel occasionally to support off-site program locationsQualificationsAssociate’s degree in Data Analytics, Human Services, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred2–3 years of experience in data management, reporting, or system administrationStrong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesHigh attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentiallyExperience with Child Plus or similar database systems is a plusBackground supporting Head Start or Early Childhood programs preferred#adm #ind123
