We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join their team.Lead litigation, manage full-cycle PI cases, and contribute to a high-growth, trial-focused firm with a strong culture.Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents with precision.Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies.Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration.Collaborate with medical and technical experts to strengthen case outcomes.QualificationsJD degree and active bar admission.Proven experience in personal injury law with strong case results.Solid knowledge of litigation procedures and legal research tools (Westlaw/LexisNexis).Excellent writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.Experience handling high-volume caseloads with strong organizational ability.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation based on experience and performance.Health insurance coverage.Retirement plan (401k).Paid time off.Opportunity for growth in a dynamic, litigation-driven environment.
