Construction Project Manager

Location: Camp Hill, PAWork Arrangement: On-siteSchedule: 8 hrs/day, 5 days/wk, 40 hrs/wkInterview: On-siteRole OverviewThe Project Manager (PM) manages all aspects of the project after hand off from the estimator through to completion of punch list and final billing and collection. The PM manages, organizes and coordinates all parties and activities to achieve profitable, on time completion of assigned projects.Primary ResponsibilitiesManages the finances, controls costs and oversees all administrative requirements for projectsEnsures customers are provided a high level of service and projects are built to specification with a high degree of qualityMaintains positive cash flow and manages billing, change orders, and invoicingEstablish and maintain project schedule and milestone datesCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and materials deliveryPrepare cost reports and analyze project financialsLead project administration, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to plans and specificationsManage job close-out including punch list and documentationRequired Technical SkillsExperience in the site development/ construction industry requiredSkill in reading and interpreting plans and specificationsKnowledge of site excavation and utility construction, materials and methodsStrong troubleshooting skillsHighly organizedFamiliar with Microsoft Office and bidding software such as HCSS Heavy BidPreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management or related field of studyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSuperior planning and organizational abilities
