The role involves performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are sanitary, organized, and safe. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, managing waste disposal, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies. Contractors may also handle general maintenance duties and adhere to health and safety regulations as part of their daily tasks. Qualifications Experience in general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Scrubbing stripping and waxing hard surface floors, pressure washing, cleaning carpets, windows cleaningKnowledge of proper waste disposal procedures and handling of cleaning equipment and chemicalsAbility to follow safety protocols and guidelines for maintaining a clean and secure environmentStrong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skillsCapability to work efficiently with minimal supervisionPrior experience in janitorial or facility maintenance roles is advantageousPhysical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving objects as neededMust have own equipment and supplies Background checks Must have own transportationHelp with busness InsuranceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.
