Alliance Partner Program Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Alliance Partner Program Manager to streamline and improve the sales operations process for "Sales-led events." The ideal candidate will ensure that sales teams, event partners, and internal personnel understand and execute the correct processes for funding requests, POE collection, and claims for events. This role will focus on managing the entire lifecycle from deal registration to claim submissions, ultimately enhancing sales productivity and relationships.Hybrid 1st shift.Pay rate: $48.82/hr.Affordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and free Telehealth services.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Management: Understand and implement the end-to-end process, including deal registration, PO/PR submission, approval, and POE collection/submission.Sales Coordination & Education: Collaborate with sales teams, alliance partners, and event coordinators to ensure they are aware of budget requirements and the claim process.Internal Tools Management: Become proficient with procurement tools (e.g., ARIBA) and alliance partner processes to ensure timely activity filing and funding claims.
