Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

We are seeking a German-speaking Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance (F&O) and Power Platform to support complex, enterprise-scale implementations across Europe. This role will play a critical part in Designing and building scalable ERP solutions Delivering integrations and extensions Enabling AI-driven and automated business processes Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize solutions using X++ Build and maintain extensions, integrations, and data models Support on-prem to cloud migrations and upgrades Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments Develop solutions using Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse Fabric Build automation workflows across D365, Outlook, Teams, and external systems Support creation of AI-enabled workflows and Copilot integrations Design and implement integrations using Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) APIs and data pipelines Work on multi-system environments (ERP, CRM, HR, third-party platforms) Support implementation of Collaborate with functional teams to translate business use cases into technical solutions Client & Delivery Engagement Work closely with German-speaking stakeholders Participate in workshops, solution design, and technical discussions Provide technical guidance and best practices during delivery Required Qualifications 4–8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (F&O) Strong hands-on experience with X++ development Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) Experience with Azure integration technologies Solid understanding of ERP architecture and finance processes Fluent German (C1/C2) and strong English communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O or Project Operations Exposure to AI / Copilot / automation use cases Multi-entity / global implementations Finance transformation projects What We're Looking For Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset Ability to work independently and take ownership Comfortable in client-facing environments Interest in AI-driven ERP and future technologies Why Join AVS Work on cutting-edge AI + ERP initiatives Direct exposure to Microsoft technologies and FastTrack alignment Opportunity to shape next-generation finance and operations solutions Global team with projects across US, Europe, and Asia "At AVS, we are not just implementing ERP systems—we are helping clients operationalize AI within finance and operations.
