Project Coordinator

A client in the Columbus, Ohio area is seeking a Project Coordinator for a top construction client. This individual will function as a hybrid between a traditional Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, and Junior Project Manager, depending on project size and duration. The role supports both office-based and field operations, handling critical project tracking, financial processing, and documentation while serving as a key communication link between the jobsite, project leadership, and operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being boots-on-the-ground while also owning the administrative and financial backbone of a project.D2D:Track materials through delivery using project tracking logsProcess invoices and support monthly financials and job cost reviewsPrepare and maintain monthly project financial projectionsSupport estimating, preconstruction planning, and job setupParticipate as a core member of the project team, reporting updates to operations leadershipAttend and contribute to project meetings (internal and client-facing)Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation controlSplit time between office and field: 30-60% site visits, depending on project sizeSupport multiple projects concurrently when based out of the officeWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
