Job Title: Customer Allocations LeadLocation: Hershey, PADuration: 9–12 MonthsRole SummaryThe Customer Allocations Lead is responsible for managing the end-to-end allocation process when customer demand exceeds available supply. This role works cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, and Planning teams to ensure inventory is distributed strategically and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute allocation decisions based on demand vs supply constraintsAnalyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production limitationsBuild data-driven recommendations for leadership decisionsManage allocation entries in systems (SAP S/4) and ensure accuracyPartner with Sales, Customer Supply Chain, and Planning teamsSupport reporting, leadership updates, and process improvementsRequired SkillsStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis)Experience in supply chain, demand planning, or inventory managementAbility to analyze data and make recommendationsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
