What You’ll Do
Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude and determine their needs.
Provide knowledgeable product recommendations for batteries, light bulbs, accessories, and services.
Upsell add-on items and explain promotions/warranties to meet sales goals.
Accurately operate the point-of-sale system to complete transactions.
Assist with battery testing, installations, and basic technical services (training provided).
Maintain clean and organized merchandise displays and store appearance.
Receive and restock inventory, help load/unload products, assist with shipments.
Answer inbound phone calls and support customer inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Retail, customer service, or sales experience (preferred but not required).
Clear communication skills and a positive, customer-first mindset.
Team player who can multitask and support daily store operations.
Comfortable with hands-on duties like stocking, lifting, and product testing.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (preferred).
