Assembler- Electrical
We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team. This position operates Monday through Thursday, from 4:45 am to 3:15 pm, with a starting pay rate of $20 per hour.
Primary Responsibilities
Construct, wire, and mount electrical parts by following precise schematics and technical requirements.
Perform installation, testing, and diagnostic procedures on equipment electrical systems.
Analyze and utilize electrical layouts, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
Partner with production staff and mechanical assemblers to ensure the successful delivery of custom machinery.
Provide essential electrical support across various departments as the need arises.
Help maintain a safe, tidy, and well-organized workspace for the entire team.
Contribute effectively to a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years of hands-on electrical work within a manufacturing or industrial facility.
Comprehensive knowledge of wiring techniques and electrical system operations.
Demonstrated ability to accurately interpret and apply electrical diagrams and schematics.
Skilled in the use of electrical hand tools, including wire strippers, crimpers, testers, cutters, as well as standard tools like grinders and drills.
Proven ability to solder wires and various components.
Possession of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Physical capacity to lift between 30 and 50 pounds.
Strong interpersonal communication skills to foster a positive team atmosphere.
Self-motivated attitude with a genuine desire to acquire new technical skills.
High level of diligence and a strong commitment to professional work standards.
Preferred Experience
Completion of vocational or trade school electrical programs.
Foundational understanding of plumbing systems.
