Manufacturing Inside Sales Representative (PCB Experience Required)

Job Description DescriptionScope: An Inside Sales Representative will develop and maintain open communication with Customers, Outside Sales Force, and APCT Production Teams concerning all aspects of the customer's engagement with APCT.Essential Job FunctionQuote PCB’s from drawings or information supplied.Follow up on daily quotes.Book and maintain orders.Maintain accurate order entry.Generate and accurately interpret reports.Resolve issues concerning manufacturability of products.Coordinate with manufacturing to resolve on-time delivery.Coordinate with Quality Team pertaining to customer concerns and quality issues.Collaborate with front end engineering to ensure accurate and timely product release.Develops, solicits, and closes new accounts with or without the assistance of outside sales.Manages various customer inquiries in respect to engagements with APCT.Maintain a safe, neat and orderly work area.Complete all internal departmental documentation accurately.Perform other tasks assigned by management.Work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs and solve issuesRequirementsEssential Qualifications:Understanding of customer and industry requirements.Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Ability to work both independently and in a team environmentExcellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and telephone communication techniques.Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.MUST HAVE PCB EXPERIENCE.Education And ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent.Five or more years’ experience working in an inside sales environment, preferably in the PCB industry.Physical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift to 10 pounds at times.APCT, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, marital status, genetic information, medical condition, or any other characteristic protected by law (EEOC).Compensation: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.About APCT, Inc.APCT is a leading manufacturer of high-reliability printed circuit boards.
