Senior Financial Analyst / Finance Manager
Hybrid schedule (in office in Atlanta 3 days per week and 2 days remote)The Senior Financial Analyst / Finance Manager plays a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This position partners closely with leaders to deliver budgeting, forecasting, reporting and insights that drive performance and long-term growth. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial analyses in a concise and easily comprehensible mannerEssential FunctionsDevelop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and long-range planningPrepare and deliver timely, accurate monthly financial analyses for management that provide insights into the company’s performance Analyze financial and KPI performance versus budget and forecast and identify key drivers and trendsPartner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations and other teams to ensure data integrity and consistency in financial reportingAssist with preparation of materials for management, board meetings and investors as neededImprove and streamline financial processes, reporting tools and forecasting methodologies to enhance efficiency and scalabilityProven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentRequired Skills & AbilitiesStrong financial modeling, forecasting and analytical skills with high attention to detailAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Index, Match, Sumproduct and Indirect functions as well as Power Query and relational databases)Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insightsAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), SQL, NetSuite, or related financial systemsHighly motivated and ability to work independentlyHealthcare experience preferred but not a requirementRequired CredentialsBachelor’s Degree (Finance or Accounting degree preferred)Minimum 1 year of work experience (investment banking, private equity, corporate finance preferred)Expanding Access to Quality CareAt PT Solutions, we’re more than colleagues; we’re a tight-knit community united in our mission to expand access to quality care.
