Job Description: CDL Solo Run We are looking for Full-Time Class A CDL drivers for our Solo Night Run and Mid Day Shift operating out of Middletown. Do you have a Class A CDL and an impeccable safety record? We are immediately hiring Class A CDL - FedEx Ground Team Truck Drivers! We are looking for dedicated and professional truck drivers to handle the assigned Solo night side route and Mid Day Shift. CDL Class A Solo Driver JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with double/triple. 1 year in the last 3 years or 5 in the last 10 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience. Must be able to pass a background check. Must have clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) based on hiring standards Ready to attain a doubles/triples trailer endorsement. Ability to follow instructions and complete required training Ability to work independently and/or as a team member DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate tractor-trailer combination, including doubles Perform daily pre-trip and safety inspections on equipment Drop & Hook Only. No-touch Freight! Verify and complete required documentation and reports Maintain accurate daily logs Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch (e.g. delays, arrivals, equipment problems), as required Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures Perform other duties as required PAY AND BENEFITS: Drivers with 2+ years of doubles experience qualify for higher pay range. Up to $500 quarterly safety bonus (for safety compliance and no Motive events) Pay $26-$30/hour (Mid Shift Start - 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM) Medical, Dental, and Vision through UnitedHealthcare (UHC) Simple IRA through Fidelity Investments Paid Time Off: 1 week after 1 year. 2 weeks after 2 years Training: 3–4 days (Covers route overview, ELD, procedures, dispatch process, and location layouts) Route Details: Solo Night Run and Mid Day Shift (Start - 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM) 350–400 miles per day 10.5-hour shift TERMINAL: 111 Fulling Mill Road, Middletown, PA,17057 Schedule : Monday to Friday, (1 weekend per month is mandatory).
