We are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations, business development initiatives, and revenue growth across our organization.Position OverviewSohnen Enterprises is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee sales strategy, customer relationships, account growth, and business development efforts within the reverse logistics and consumer electronics industry. This executive leadership role will work closely with operations, procurement, logistics, finance, and executive leadership to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and support long-term business expansion.The ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader with strong operational awareness, strategic vision, and a proven ability to drive business growth in fast-paced distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or consumer electronics environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute company-wide sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitabilityLead and oversee sales, account management, and business development activities across the organizationBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, strategic partners, vendors, and key stakeholdersIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and customer partnershipsCollaborate with operations, logistics, procurement, and finance teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilitiesMonitor sales performance metrics, forecasting, pipeline activity, and customer trendsLead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer agreementsSupport strategic planning initiatives related to company growth, operational expansion, and market positioningOversee customer account performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionAnalyze market conditions, industry trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and risksDevelop and mentor sales leadership and support team development initiativesParticipate in executive leadership meetings and contribute to company-wide business strategySupport budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning processesRepresent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, networking events, and industry conferencesEnsure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and operational standardsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or related field preferred5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management requiredProven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic customer relationshipsStrong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, and reverse logistics business modelsExcellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong analytical and strategic planning abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or ERP systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environmentPreferred ExperienceExperience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, reverse logistics, or consumer electronics industriesExperience managing national accounts, strategic partnerships, and large customer portfoliosFamiliarity with refurbishment operations, inventory management, and distribution processesExperience supporting operational and sales integration initiativesExposure to domestic and international business development activitiesWork EnvironmentHybrid office and warehouse environmentFrequent interaction with executive leadership, customers, vendors, and operational teamsFast-paced environment with changing business priorities and growth initiativesFrequent travel may be required for customer visits, trade shows, and business development activitiesEarly Work ScheduleMonday - Thursday office and work from home on FridaysWhy Sohnen EnterprisesFast-paced, growing company in the reverse logistics spaceOpportunity to directly influence company growth and strategic directionExecutive leadership role with strong visibility and impact across the organizationLong-standing company with a strong reputation in consumer electronics refurbishment and reverse logisticsThe ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
