If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are passionate about transformation, we want you on our team.As a Vice President, Business Manager in Finance & Business Management (F&BM) within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will play a pivotal role supporting the Client Onboarding & Documentation organization, AI for Operations initiatives, and the Chief Data & Analytics Officer for Operations and Client Service. You'll drive transformation projects, shape product and operations strategy, and deliver insights that enable senior stakeholders to achieve operational excellence and measurable business outcomes.Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leaders to define objectives, targets, and metrics, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomesLead or support operations product and transformation initiatives, including process re-engineering, digitization, AI/automation use cases, and location planning, from problem framing through benefits realizationOwn headcount and expense forecasting in partnership with Finance; support annual budgeting and business reviewsManage allocations and activity-based costing; support cost-to-serve modeling and benchmarking to inform pricing and investment prioritiesDevelop business cases and investment memos, including options analysis, financial models, risks, and success metricsRun the investment governance process, including intake, prioritization, approvals, and benefits trackingBuild and evolve operational and product metrics frameworks; design executive dashboards and management reporting that connect KPIs to strategyAnalyze large, complex data sets to identify performance trends and root causes; turn insights into executive narratives and recommendationsPrepare and deliver materials for senior forums, helping the business "tell the story" with clarity and impactCoordinate deliverables across business managers, finance, technology, and operations; drive cross-functional decisioning and issue resolutionManage business hygiene and governance, supporting training, access recertifications, resiliency planning, expense approvals, and people agenda initiativesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsBachelor's degree6+ years of experience in financial services or adjacent industries in business management, operations/product management, strategy/consulting, or transformation rolesDemonstrated experience leading operations product or transformation efforts with measurable outcomesProven ability to craft investment-grade business cases and executive-ready materials; strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, allocations, and cost modelingAdvanced data literacy: ability to structure analysis, interpret complex data, and translate insights into decisions; comfort partnering with data & analytics teamsExceptional communication and storytelling skills for senior audiencesStrong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across multiple levels and functions; ability to influence without direct authorityHighly organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent PowerPoint and Excel skillsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsExperience with AI tooling and implementationExperience with dashboarding/BI toolsPrevious people management experienceAbout UsJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
