The model offers complete control over your clinical focus, schedule, and patient population. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based outpatient psychiatric care to patients across multiple states via a 100% remote telehealth setting. Conduct thorough initial diagnostic evaluations, allocating a dedicated minimum of 60 minutes for each intake appointment. Manage follow-up visits, ensuring a minimum of 30 minutes is allotted per patient session to facilitate effective continuity of care. Define your practice scope by setting criteria for your patient panel to manage the balance of diagnoses and acuity that you find most professionally rewarding. Utilize our customized technology stack, including an integrated EMR that supports direct lab results, telemedicine functionalities, and provider-to-patient messaging. Collaborate efficiently within our integrated system by referring patients to the in-house network of specialists and therapists, ensuring seamless information exchange. Maintain a commitment to high-quality, respected medical care that is also cost-effective for patients. Requirements Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry. Applications from those with subspecialty certifications are highly encouraged. Hold a current, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine. We provide full, internal support, including covering upfront costs for obtaining and maintaining necessary state licensures. Possess outstanding clinical expertise and communication skills suitable for delivering care in a remote, virtual setting.
