Retail Sales Associate with alcohol industry experience

```Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information and demonstrate product features through product demos - Assist customers in making purchasing decisions - Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Restock merchandise and ensure proper product placement - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Upsell additional products or services to customers - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously - Basic math skills for retail calculations and cash handling - Technical sales knowledge is a plus - Multilingual abilities are an asset, but not required - Able to lift at least 40 lbs -Wine, Liquor, Beer knowledge and plus If you are passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, we would love to hear from you.
