Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Austin, TX, with some flexibility for remote work. The Estimator will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing detailed repair estimates, and effectively communicating with clients and insurance adjusters. The role includes ensuring accuracy in cost assessments, coordinating with the repair team, and maintaining compliance with company and industry standards. Additional responsibilities involve managing customer inquiries, monitoring repair progress, and delivering outstanding customer service. Qualifications Experience with damage assessment and repair cost estimationKnowledge of industry-standard estimation software and toolsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExceptional communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a team environment and manage multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with insurance claims processes and compliance standardsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant softwareBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
