Department OverviewThe Supply Chain Transformation department at Motorola Solutions manages projects and sets goals, transforming solutions for the future.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead project management initiatives through collaboration with cross functional teams, including data scientists, supply chain professionals, business analysts, finance partners and engineersDevelop and manage project schedules including the formalization of a realistic timeline, complete with milestones, targets and identification of responsible partiesWork closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, roles and responsibilities and timing for programs Create and implement a change management plan for the organizationManage, and escalate as needed, risks and issues throughout the project Manage multiple projects at any given timeFacilitate team meetings weekly and quarterlyProduce accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cyclePresent project status as required to different organization levelsQualifications: Excellent communication skills verbal and written Experience managing projectsChange Management experienceStrong Project management skills Ability to work in a matrix team environmentAdvance Google Suite experienceWorking knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement processes preferredPMP certification preferredTarget Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 USDConsistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
