What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee client programming and ensure ethical and individualized treatment plans
Meet prescribed billable hour goals and maintain client relationships through training and collaboration
Conduct assessments and monitor ABA programs, ensuring clinical quality and integrity
Supervise and support behavior technicians and manage their programming responsibilities
Document all activities in compliance with BACB and funder guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
BCBA or BCBA-D Certification and relevant licensure in states of practice
Minimum experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable operating in a Mac OS environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams
Familiarity with CentralReach and Tableau technology platforms
Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
