Regional Culinary Chef — Multi-State | Dallas Based | Confidential Location: Greater Dallas, TX (Extensive Travel Required) Employment Type: Full-Time | Salaried Compensation: Competitive + Benefits | DOE Client: Confidential — Growing Upscale Hospitality Group Position Overview A confidential, high-growth hospitality group operating upscale restaurants and a large-scale event venue across multiple states is seeking a hands-on Regional Culinary Chef based in the greater Dallas area. This is a working culinary leadership role — not a desk job. You will be present in the kitchens, executing at a high level, and traveling regularly to support multi-state restaurant operations. Responsibilities • Lead BOH culinary operations across a portfolio of upscale restaurant concepts and a high-volume event space • Travel extensively to support kitchen teams, ensure quality standards, and drive operational consistency • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and culinary programs across all locations • Train, mentor, and develop culinary teams in multiple markets • Manage food cost, waste, inventory, and kitchen labor in partnership with GMs and regional leadership • Collaborate with ownership on new openings, concept development, and program expansion Requirements • Minimum 5+ years in a regional, multi-unit, or executive culinary leadership role • Demonstrated high-volume event experience — 300+ covers, upscale execution • Currently in a similar role — actively managing multiple kitchens or a regional culinary territory • Strong financial acumen — food cost, P&L, kitchen budgeting • Ability and willingness to travel 50%+ on an ongoing basis • ServSafe certified or equivalent • Must currently reside in the greater Dallas, TX market — this is a local hire, no relocation package available This Role Is Right For You If: • You are energized by high volume, not intimidated by it • You lead by example on the line, not just from a title • You are ready to grow with a company that is actively expanding its footprint More detail about FTK Hospitality - Washington D.C. part of FTK Hospitality, please visit
