This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring regular attendance in any of the following offices: Mechanicsburg, PA; Valley Forge, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; Owings Mills, PA; Kansas City, MO; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; or Houston, TX.The GFT Strategic Services team, which includes Human Resources, Legal, Accounting & Finance, Office Operations, IT Services and Marketing & Communications, are essential for managing and supporting the company's global operations. The support of this amazing team of professionals is the backbone of our ability to deliver infrastructure consulting and design services.What You’ll Be Challenged To DoWe are seeking a skilled Workday HCM Analyst with hands-on experience to support, configure, and optimize our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This role will be part of the Information Technology team and partner closely with the Human Resources to ensure Workday processes align with business needs, deliver accurate data, and provide excellent employee experience.In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Business Process Framework (BPF), Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and ReportingServe as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM functionality and best practicesSupport HR business processes including hires, job changes, terminations, and reorganizationsDesign, build, and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboardsTroubleshoot and resolve Workday issues, ensuring timely and accurate solutionsPartner with HR and functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutionsSupport testing efforts for Workday updates, releases, and new configurationsMaintain system documentation, configuration guides, and process workflowsAssist with data audits, validations, and compliance-related activitiesParticipate in Workday biannual releases by reviewing features, evaluating impacts, and implementing enhancementsEducation | Experience:What You Will Bring To Our FirmBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of Workday HCM experience in a functional or technical-functional roleHands-on experience configuring and supporting Core HCM Payroll and BenefitsExperience creating Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite preferred)Strong understanding of HR processes and data structuresAbility to analyze requirements and recommend scalable Workday solutionsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersWhat We Prefer You BringWorkday HCM Certification(s)Experience with additional modules such as Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, or AbsenceExposure to Workday integrations or EIBsExperience supporting Workday in a production enterprise environmentPrior experience participating in Workday implementations or major enhancementsCompensationThe salary range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000.
