We look forward to hearing from you!Location: RemoteEmployment Type: ContractPay Range: 120 USD/hrWe are looking for a Senior Enterprise IT Strategy Consultant to support a global organization in defining an IT strategy and roadmap.This role will focus on collaboration and productivity tools, SaaS application rationalization, and multi-cloud strategy, while incorporating AI, security, and cost optimization considerations.The consultant will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to assess the current environment and recommend a scalable, future-ready operating model.Key Responsibilities Lead discovery and assessment workshops to understand the current IT landscape (200+ applications, SaaS-heavy environment)Define an IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business goalsEvaluate and recommend strategy for: Microsoft vs Google ecosystem (or hybrid approach)Collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Box, Teams, etc.)Identify opportunities for: Tool consolidationImproved workforce productivityEnhanced collaboration experienceAssess multi-cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP) and recommend optimization strategiesProvide guidance on enterprise AI adoption within collaboration and productivity toolsAnalyze SaaS licensing and contracts to drive cost optimizationIncorporate security, compliance, and regional considerations (including global workforce constraints)Recommend IT operating model and support structure, including alignment with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)Present findings and recommendations to senior leadershipRequired Experience 10+ years of experience in: IT Strategy / Enterprise Architecture / Technology ConsultingStrong experience in digital workplace transformationProven track record in: Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace strategyCollaboration tool ecosystems (Slack, Zoom, Teams, etc.)Experience working in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)Exposure to SaaS-heavy environments and application rationalizationExperience with cost optimization and licensing analysisStrong understanding of enterprise AI trends and use casesFamiliarity with ITSM frameworks and tools (ServiceNow preferred)Experience working with global, distributed teamsMatchPoint Solutions provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.
