Job Title: Administrative Assistant to Director, US Location: New York, NY (Manhattan) – Onsite 5 Days/Week Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 annually Email Resumes To: Kelly Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to Director to support a senior executive in a fast-paced, business-focused environment. This role combines high-level administrative support with exposure to business development, market research, and stakeholder engagement.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and confident interacting with senior-level professionals, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative SupportManage and coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangementsSecure meetings and prepare detailed meeting briefs using research and internal resourcesCoordinate meeting logistics and track follow-ups and action itemsDraft internal meeting minutes and client-facing reportsSupport travel planning, expense reporting, and administrative processesOffice OperationsMaintain a professional and organized office environmentManage office supplies, assets, and vendor relationshipsLiaise with internal and external stakeholders on facilities, HR, and operational mattersProcess financial transactions, analyze expenses, and recommend cost-saving measuresAssist with budget tracking and planningSupport procurement, vendor management, and business continuity initiativesMarket Research & Business SupportConduct online research on companies, industries, and market trendsIdentify and track potential business leads and stakeholder contactsSupport business development and relationship-building initiativesAssist with event coordination, reporting, and data analysisDevelop insights to support engagement strategies and outreach effortsQualificationsSkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and research capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, or similar tools preferredAbility to interact professionally with senior executives and stakeholdersExperience3–5 years of administrative or executive support experience preferredExperience in business operations, sales support, or marketing is a plusExposure to international business environments is a plus but not requiredKey AttributesHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProactive, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyStrong problem-solving skills and adaptabilityCollaborative team player with a positive attitudeInterest in business, market trends, and continuous learning Interviews are happening NOW Email Resumes To:
