Assistant Project Manager - Construction
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a growing commercial builder with nation-wide reach.
Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Assisting Project Managers in purchasing and scheduling of various contracts and materials
· Management of trade and subordinate personnel
· Document control
· Coordination of contractors
· Participation in bid assignments and safety
· Travel to job sites
The candidate should possess:
· Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints
· AutoCAD proficiency
· Problem solving abilities
· Ability to prioritize, develop and maintain schedules
· Valid driver’s license
