Employees must be flexible and able to adjust their schedule to meet seasonal demands and operational needs.Rogers Group is currently seeking candidates for our Customer Service Representative position in Kentland, Indiana. The successful candidate will be a motivated, safety conscious individual with good multi-tasking skills to operate our Truck Scale system, take customer orders, and dispatch trucks. They will perform general clerical duties in accordance with established procedures, daily data entry, requiring some judgement in the selection and interpretation of data.Job RequirementsProvide friendly, professional, and thorough customer serviceAnswer customer callsTake and input customer ordersDispatch products and material for deliveryAssist in processing paperwork for corporate accounting systems such as payable, payroll, etc. Assist sales staff with customer service responsibilitiesMay be called upon at the discretion of Managers to perform other dutiesQualificationsHigh school diploma requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent customer service skillsDetail oriented with a high degree of accuracy with the ability to multi-taskAbility to work with minimal supervisionExcellent communication skills both oral and writtenMust pass pre-employment drug screens, and subject to random drug screens while employed by RGIAs a Rogers Group employee, you will have access to our competitive company perks, including:Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance plus Health Savings Account with annual company contribution.
