Senior Security AdministratorWe are looking for an experienced Senior Security Administrator to support managed service customers with security configurations, system health monitoring, troubleshooting, and policy management.This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in cloud, SaaS, or managed services environments who enjoys solving complex issues and working directly with customers.What You'll Do:Manage security policies, configurations, and system health checksTroubleshoot technical issues and support customer environmentsMonitor infrastructure and resolve service-related incidentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain secure and stable systemsParticipate in customer meetings and provide technical guidanceWhat We're Looking For:Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, or managed service environmentsStrong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and OSXExperience with scripting tools such as PowerShell or BashExcellent troubleshooting and customer communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentNice To Have:Virtualization experience (VMware/HyperV)Knowledge of MSSQL or database conceptsExperience with security platforms or endpoint protection solutionsLocation: RemoteIf you enjoy combining technical expertise with customer interaction, we'd love to connect with you!
