Job Overview
As a Shift Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant's front of house, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient dining experiences.
Tuesday 3pm - 9pm
Friday & Saturday 5pm - 9pm
Sunday 12pm - 8pm
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
- Supervise shift activities, maintaining quality standards
- Train and develop team members on service procedures and customer interactions
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and concerns promptly and professionally
Skills
- Proficiency in shift management
- Strong supervisory skills with experience as an assistant manager
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Familiarity with banquet operations and hospitality management
- Understanding of food production processes in a restaurant setting
