3rd Shift Packaging/Pulling Berne, IN 46711 Industry: Industrial Job Number: JP603232624 Pay Rate: $20.50 / hour Branch: Portland : 1652860 Job Description 3rd Shift Packaging/Pulling Associate Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM 7:30 AM) Department: Shipping/Packaging Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour plus $1.50 Shift Differential Position Summary A manufacturer of automotive fasteners is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a 3rd Shift Packaging/Pulling position. Associates are responsible for preparing products for shipment, pulling orders, packaging finished goods, and ensuring inventory accuracy while maintaining quality and safety standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pull customer orders accurately according to shipping schedules. Package and label products for shipment. Operate barcode scanners and maintain inventory records. Load and unload trucks as needed. Unpack and sort incoming products and place materials in designated warehouse locations. Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications. Complete production and shipping documentation. Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts (training provided). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company policies and safety procedures. Assist with additional warehouse and packaging duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good attendance and reliability. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Basic math and reading skills. Willingness to train on another shift if required.
