Project Associate - Epic

Job DescriptionThe Project Associate is a key member of the Epic Transformation team, organizing program/workgroup workshops and enterprise training. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of program-wide initiatives, including the scheduling and logistics of monthly workshops and large-scale Epic training programs. The Project Associate will work closely with the Epic Transformation team and the Training Manager to support the successful implementation and adoption of Epic across Quest Diagnostics.Pay Range: Salary $66,550-$93,200, plus yearly bonusSalary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. This position is hybrid and will require 3 days on site at one of the following Quest sites: Secaucus, NJ or Schaumburg, IL.Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including location relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.Day 1 Medical, supplemental health, dental & vision for FT employees who work 30+ hours Best-in-class well-being programs Annual, no-cost health assessment program Blueprint for Wellness healthyMINDS mental health program Vacation and Health/Flex Time 6 Holidays plus 1 MyDay off FinFit financial coaching and services 401(k) pre-tax and/or Roth IRA with company match up to 5% after 12 months of service Employee stock purchase plan Life and disability insurance, plus buy-up option Flexible Spending Accounts Annual incentive plans Matching gifts program Education assistance through MyQuest for Education Career advancement opportunities and so much more!ResponsibilitiesLead Epic Transformation workshops and meetings events to ensure an optimal experience, including scheduling, booking rooms and ensuring all logistical needs are metSupport the Training Manager in scheduling and coordinating all Epic training sessions, including managing the training calendar, and tracking participant enrollment and attendanceAssist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project schedules, action item trackers, and status reportsPrepare and distribute materials for workshops, meetings, and training sessionsServe as a central point of contact for project team members and stakeholders for scheduling and logistical inquiriesGenerate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports related to project progress, workshop attendance, and training completionAssist with the administration of project-related systems and tools, which may include a Learning Management SystemLiaise with various teams, including IT, security, and clinical departments, to ensure seamless coordination of project activitiesOther duties as assigned to support the Epic Transformation programRequired QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 2 years of event planning and scheduling Minimum 2 years of experience managing a corporate Learning Management SystemProven experience coordinating complex schedules or events involving 500+ participants.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for data reconciliation between training rosters and HR employee files.Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with clinical leadership and end-users regarding training requirements and deadlines.PreferredPrior experience with an Epic implementation Familiarity with the Training Entity Database or the Epic Training Wheel.Understanding of diagnostics operationsWork EnvironmentWork requires handling light and simple weight material and equipment. Visual activity requires the ability to tolerate prolonged periods of close computer screens. Work requires speed, accuracy and adeptness to operate in system application. Fast-paced work environment.
