Their innovative platform offers touchless entry through facial recognition, mobile access, and integrated video intercom solutions, replacing outdated keycard systems with a seamless, secure experience.Who You AreWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager Associate with 3–5 years of experience in project management within the tech industry. You thrive in fast-paced environments, have strong communication and organizational skills, and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in electronic security or low-voltage systems is a strong advantage.What You’ll DoManage end-to-end project lifecycles from site visit through installation and completionCoordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and third-party security integratorsSchedule and oversee site visits, installations, and subcontracting activitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with partners, subcontractors, and customersTrack project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders, including executivesPrepare and maintain job plans, specifications, work orders, and project documentationProduce accurate estimates for materials, labor, repairs, and installationsHandle procurement and fulfillment of hardware requirementsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standardsMonitor multiple projects across various locations in the U.S.Negotiate with subcontractors and partners to optimize costs and outcomesMaintain installation schedules and ensure efficient resource allocationEnsure customer satisfaction by monitoring subcontractor performanceClose out projects with proper documentation, including invoices and completion recordsWhat We’re Looking For3–5 years of project management experience in a tech companyStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skillsHighly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilitiesNice to Have:Experience in electronic security or low-voltage systemsBackground in field-based installation or project coordinationKnowledge of access control, video surveillance, or intrusion detection systemsExperience estimating for commercial or multifamily security projectsWhat We OfferWork From Home: Fully remote setup with local supportGenerous Paid Time Off: Start with 18 paid leaves annuallyU.S. Holiday Observance: Enjoy U.S. holidays offFree HMO Coverage: Premium healthcare access at no costProfessional Environment: Join a supportive, growth-oriented global team
